If you want to lose weight quick and still be healthy?? Try this:
Quit drinking Soda Pop, even Diet Soda Pop. Start drinking Water(H20). Also, For Breakfast, eat a bowl of Special K or Cheerios with Skim Milk. For Lunch, eat a Turkey sandwich on wheat bread, with Mustard or Fat Free Mayo. For Dinner, eat some type of Lean Meat and a Salad. Between meals, and in the Evening, eat some dry Cereal and drink water. Also, eating 5 small meals compared to eating 3 meals a day will help to lose weight.
