i’m in a wieght loss contest, i need good advice to loose weight quick. I have until march 21st. I go to the gym everyday, i am on the treadmill and eliptical, and i go through of curciut of machines that are desinged to work each specific muscle group. i eat about 1000 calories a day, drink 8 cups of water, take my vitamins, make healthy food choices. I am 5 foot 11 inches and weight 220lbs. I need some good advice, and what would be the best amout to work out on the treadmill of eleptical, and if there is any other tricks i can try to help my weight loss along please tell . thank you so much!

    My advice is on the treadmill to start out slow then work up to a steady speed then back down to a slow walking speed for 30 – 45 min. and keep on the other exercise machines. Split your meals into 5-6 small proportions throughout the day (make sure all healthy food of course).

    walk atleast an hour every day , and 10 min after each meal ,and don’t eat anything after 7 , and have a good breakfast, visualize your self slim
