im size 16-18, and im only 15 im not tall but im not shortjust kinda average :) ,
i wana loose weight quickly fed up of being the fat girl, ive tried healthy eating etc etc and nothing worked now i wana loose it quick, wether thats putting fingers done my throat or pills any suggestoins ? PLEASE :)
also ive been looking at diet pills etc whats the best ?
and does phetermine work ?

    There is no fast nor healthy way to lose weight. I tried for 3 years to lose weight, and when I got to your age, I was sitting at 110kg’s and a size 20-22. I’m now sitting at 60 kg’s and I’m a size 6-8. I know how frustrating it is to feel like the fat kid, I was shopping in plus size stores since I was twelve. Now, I’m a lingerie model for major men’s magazines at 19.

    To answer this question better, what do you eat on a regular basis? Healthy eating and exercise is part of losing weight naturally, for you to look your best naturally and healthily. No matter what magazines tell you, men really dont want a bony skinny little body. They dont like thinking they’re with children, and prefer more curves and proportions. You wont acheive those by taking diet pills.

    You’ve probably been told that eating nothing but salad and vegetables and no takeaway is the way to lose weight. I still ate chocolate every day and had McDonalds or KFC once a week. Its all a matter of how much and how often you eat.

    Your body goes into starvation mode when you havent eaten for 4 hours. Your metabolism slows down and all the fat and carbs and stuff you dont want to stick around stays around longer. So the trick is to actually eat small meals every 4 hours. So basically something for brekkie, a muesli bar 4 hours later, a sandwich 4 hours later etc. You dont have to eat huge things, its just adding fuel to the fire :)

    Another part of it is altering the food you eat. If you drink full cream milk, cut down to skim, as well as other products. If you drink to softdrink, switch to diet (I know it tastes like crap, but it will add an extra 1kg a week to your weight loss if you drink regular soft drink every day).

    It takes time to lose weight, or you’ll be on what you call a yo-yo diet. If you actually do it the right way by seeing a dietician and just be patient, it will drop pretty fast – the healthy range is about 2kg’s a week.

    I was bullimic at the age of 17. I puked everything I ate…and that wasn’t much. I lost 30 pounds in 1 month…just to gain it all back when I started eating normally. I have battled my weight for years. I am a 37 year old woman now. I lost 60 pounds a few years ago. Getting into a size 8 from a size 16 was pretty cool. I hate to tell u though…I lost it by diet and excercise. I worked my butt off…literally. If you choose phetermine..it works…for awhile but when u stop taking it you risk gaining every ounce of weight back and more. You also risk heart and liver problems as well. The whole bullimic thing…been there done that so I can tell u that the acid from the buile in ur stomach…eats away at ur teeth. You end up having rotted teeth. I still battle my weight…I have gained twenty pounds back of the sixty I lost and am now in a size 10-12. You are going to do what you want to do honey…but please think of the long term ramifications of your actions. I hated being the “fat girl” too. But bullimia wasn’t worth it AT ALL. Good luck. :)

    I used to drink like 4-8 litters of water a day and it made me lose weight pretty quick. I think drinking lots and lots of water every day is the best and most effective way to lose weight. You can lose 3-8 pounds a week by doing this, also stay away from pop. If you just pop out of your diet, then this will speed the process up dramatically. You could try Alli, their is no magic pill that makes you lose weight fast.
