    Jog everyday morning and evening .
    Walk .. walking really helps you.
    Decrease the amount of carbs you eat .. and eat vegetables and fruits mostly but never count on them coz eventually you will get bored and return even heavier than now .. eat whatever you want but with small wuantites and do all kind of sports !

    Sorry dude there is no quick way to loose any weight healthily. Just exercise and watch ur diet and it will go down gradually. Good luck

    Eat healthy, six small meals instead of three big meals and exercise is the best way to go.

    you cant lose that fast!you may take about 14 weeks to lose all that weight…no other way out dear…adequate workouts and proper nutrition for life is the only way to get slim & remain slim for good!
